Shipping

Flat Rs. 99/- is charged as shipping on all orders within India

  • We process all orders within 2-3 business days
  • All products will be delivered to your doorstep within 4-7 days depending on delivery location.
  • In case if we have any issue in processing your order we will contact you.

For COD (cash on delivery)

On all COD orders placed within India, a flat fee of Rs. 80/- is charged together with the item cost to pay on delivery.

Return Policy

We offer return policy only if the product you received is damaged and addressed within 24 hours of the order delivery. It is necessary to follow all the below points for hassle free solution. Our comprehensive return policy is as follows:

  • If you have received a damaged shipment, or defective product, then shimuli.in would replace the products at no extra cost.

Conditions for Return

  • It is mandatory to record opening / unboxing video of the parcel from beginning till end(without any cut or pause) within 24 hrs from delivery.
  • If your request qualifies our policies then we will make arrangements to collect parcel within 24 hrs after getting your video/ return request to collect the same.
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging.
  • Products/Items must NOT BE used. Shipping / Courier and handling charges are non refundable (Applicable for all order).
  • Products must be returned along with all accessories and other items in the original packaging.
  • Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
  • In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your money within 3-4 days on receipt of returned parcel.

Below cases do not qualify as defect:

  • Minor color or design variations. Such variations are a part of handcrafting and beyond control of our craftsmen.
  • Return can be done only if you receive in fully damaged condition or the product is completely different than what you have ordered.
  • Since orders are shipped through third party courier. There are chances of some stone falling / hooks loosing coz of transit pressure which are not taken as damage.

Process to Register a Replacement

  • The customer needs to email us at shimulibyshraddha01@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery to register about the replacement and the reason for the same. The replacement process would be completed within 15 working days.
  • Please do not accept delivery of any item where outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner.

Refunds

  • All refunds would be processed to the customer’s credit card / debit card / net banking / Cheque / cash accounts (as per channel the customer had made the payment) within a maximum of 15 working days from the date we receive the product(s) in our Warehouse.
  • In case you make payment through DD, refund will be by Cheque only. Cheques will be sent only to billing address of the customer.
  • Refunds will only be processed, on Receipt of Product(s) from you.

Cancellations Policy

  • We do not take cancellation request once booking is done on the website.
